My issue comes from working with the service department.
Within the first few years my vehicle was making a noise. They replaced the transmission. That helped slightly. The vehicle was brought in on several occasions with a noise while driving being the complaint. I even showed a video of the noise happening. My 2 young children could hear the noise. Awesome place bought my car here a few years ago and they have been changing my oil ever since and they are always very nice people to work with. I'm sure in a year or two I'll trade my car in for a new one.

When I purchased my car, I was promised 3 free oil changes. When I had my oil changed yesterday, they charged me $11 for a service fee which covered the cost of their gloves, bolts, etc. I have never heard of such a thing! My employer always supplied PPE! Your customers should not have to pay for your own supplies. Needless to say, I did not get a free oil change, as promised. I'm a very unhappy customer and would NEVER recommend your dealership.

I'm a convertible lover. Last fall I sold my VW EOS thinking I'd be ok without it. Well I've had withdrawals all spring. I searched from Fond du Lac to Green Bay and couldn't find anything I liked. Dalton was the only person who offered to do a nationwide search. He found 11 cars that met my request. The Russ Darrow team of Max, Hector & Dalton worked together to close the deal on this 2025 Molten Magenta Mustang = Unicorn.
It was wonderful, but I missed the snack at the waiting area IT WAS fine

Came in for Oil change/tire rotation. I was told I had an Oil leak and to fix it it would cost me $3,000. I went to a Certified mechanic in my City and I do not have any oil leak at all ! Also they put 40 lbs of air in my tires ! - had to remove 5lbs. from each tire. Very Disappointed!!! Sad that I purchased my vehicle there and trusted them but I will Never Go Back !
Very good. I got in right away and Michael gave a ride home and back so I didn't have to wait and was able to get work done at home while my car was in the shop. Thanks Michael!!!??

It was a very efficient oil change/tire rotation appointment. I called a few hours before & they were able to fit me in. I realize that is not always possible, but I was thankful this time. Professional & great communication at check in, check out & a service video to review things. Highly recommend.

Will I had a appointment set for 5 pm I didn’t get out of there until after 6pm the inside of my jeep was covered in oil steering wheel shifter and seat windshield from sticker and keys where covered in oil and my door handle was covered in oil .
