Had the oil change done in 30 minutes! Was offered 4 free oil changes with the purchase of the vehicle. Scheduler was very pleasant! They did suggest a new filter, but it could wait until next time. When I purchased the vehicle, I did not understand why they contacted 6 credit agencies when my credit score was 795 at the bank, and I actually had enough money in CD’s to cover the vehicle. The people at Russ Darrow Direct have always been friendly and they never push for extra sales. They’ve let me know what they recommend to be done and what things can wait and leave it up to me to make the call without being pushed. And I absolutely love the video where they walk you through the engine and under side of your vehicle and what they’ve checked in how things look.! i’ve been going here for around eight years or so now and have always been pleased.

Not sure on how trustworthy. Issues before warranty expired 3-4xs in and they couldn't find anything wrong. Now they can- initially was going to be one thing for a few hundred. Then after an hour they found a different issue and it's thousands to fix.
Awesome. He was a very nice man. Went out of his way to move our care closer because my husband is handicapped. So he brought our car back right next to the waiting area so my hubby didn't have to walk only a couple steps.
I have been looking for a car for a very long time. I traveled all over Wisconsin looking for my dream car! Then I looked on line and saw my dream car! Clean service department, everyone is helpful and very transparent on repairs and maintenance needed. They have amenities like a shuttle and rentals which you don't find at many independent type repair shops.

I was sold a car that started having mechanical issues within 50 miles driven from the dealership and was not able to return this vehicle. They are attempting to fix the issue but we will see if they fix it to my satisfaction. Although overall I am very upset with this purchase and am experiencing a lot of regret and will not recommend russ darrow to people I know nor will I return for future purchases.
I thought it went really well, we weren't necessarily prepared to buy a vehicle, but fell in love with one on the lot. They were very patient with us as this was our first car purchase, even when the banks closed on Friday at 5, I was able to come back the next day and finish up paperwork/down payment

Primarily use dealer for oil change and light service requests. Usually able to come in for an oil change on Saturday without an appt and be done in an hour or less.

Went in the other day for a specific car, sticker physically in the window of the car while we were there and online was $24,664. Told the salesman that we were interested and would discuss it on the way back home. Started working a deal right away as soon as I got home less than 2 hours later by texting the salesman and the price magically jumped to $26,411. Absolute scam dealer. Was hard to hear him speaking and wasn't really paying as much attention to me and my speaking to him was more into dealing with being on the phone more and talking to people on the phone while we were dealing with the sale of my vehicle also the license plate fell off my vehicle about the morning of after purchasing it and I tried to call him and left him a message and he has not responded
They did everything possible to help me get into a vehicle that I liked and they had a lot of patience

Took care of some warranty work on my 2019 f150 for a leaky timing cover gasket, was some miscommunication on an oil pan issue but they ended up fixing it at no cost as well.

It's fine for having bare minimum things done. But dont expect them to rotate your tires after they are barely worn down. But they also won't tell you there's steal belts showing on your other ones. Definitely won't be having this place do anything tire related on any of my vehicles
