DISGUSTING customer service.
DISGUSTING customer service. Buyers, look out for the wolf in sheep’s clothing at this dealership. I recently purchased a 2017 Nissan Sentra from this dealership. My main concern with the car was the transmission issues that have been common with this line of cars. The salesman assured me that this wasn’t the case with the 2017 model anymore as Nissan had fixed the issue they were having and this run of cars no longer had the same problems of the 2016. Two days after owning the car, I could feel something wrong with the transmission. I thought I was paranoid as the transmission of the previous car that I owned had given out while on the highway, so I kept driving it. A couple weeks later, I was still experiencing these issues. I even felt the car lose power going up a hill and so this spurred me to take the car in to get looked at. The Russ Darrow service garage found a transmission code but felt that it wasn’t a big deal and sent me on my way. I went to a Nissan dealer to get a second opinion and there they found a transmission code, as well, and recommended that I get the entire transmission replaced. Now of course, I was slightly over Russ Darrow’s 1000-mile warranty and so they offered me ABSOLUTELY NO HELP with my car and told me to look elsewhere. Three weeks of owning this car and I’ve lost thousands of dollars on something that was almost certainly a problem with the car when they sold it to me. Thank you for the headache. I will take my business elsewhere.

It's fine for having bare minimum things done. But dont expect them to rotate your tires after they are barely worn down. But they also won't tell you there's steal belts showing on your other ones. Definitely won't be having this place do anything tire related on any of my vehicles

The only reason I give it a 3 stars, it is because the sales people were friendly. Other than that I had problem with my car right away. I had to be back and forth for 1 month of taking my car to dealership to figure out why my car voice command was not working, they could not figure out what the issue was, and had to go to Nissan Bergstrom just to find out I needed a TCU replacement, the only good thing I had bought the extended warranty or I would have been screwed with an estimate of $2,000 to fix. It was a really frustrating situation because I did not had to go through that, and put more money out my pocket, when I had recently bought the car, and still making payments for a couple of more years to come.

Great service
We purchased a 2017 Kia Sedona from Russ Darrow Direct. The entire process was quick and easy. I told them what I was looking for and how much I would spend and how much I needed for my trade. They met all my requests. I had done research on my trade value beforehand so I had a pretty good idea what I was up against. It was an easy process and at no time did I feel like I was being "sold".

Went in the other day for a specific car, sticker
Went in the other day for a specific car, sticker physically in the window of the car while we were there and online was $24,664. Told the salesman that we were interested and would discuss it on the way back home. Started working a deal right away as soon as I got home less than 2 hours later by texting the salesman and the price magically jumped to $26,411. Absolute scam dealer. All the salesman kept saying was that market prices change, that their car was the best, and asked how we could move forward with the sale. The car had an accident on carfax, a windshield that needed replacing, and a scuffed up rear bumper. Mind you, this thing is ONE year old. Long story short, found the same vehicle (Year, Make, Model and Trim) just 100 miles away from them and went the next day and purchased it. Clean Carfax, 11,000 LESS miles, no problems to the body, and a perfect windshield. OH, and the 2nd dealer gave me the discount I requested, AND gave me top dollar for my trade too. Russ Darrow wouldn't even give me $100 off the price......Shop elsewhere folks. This place is the equivalent to a slumlord for those of you who rent. Watch the episode of Seinfeld called "The Dealership," as this is what you can expect at this place.

Purchase a pathfinder’ and they sold extended warranty doesn’t cover anything The warranty understanding that it doesn’t cover normal wear items but other items that aren’t normal are also not covered. The prices of service are higher than normal and customer service is poor
